Shipping & returns
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. For any other destinations, please contact our support team directly.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days for both Australia and New Zealand. Please note that local courier delays or public holidays may affect delivery times.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order contents:
- Remmie 4: $30 AUD
- 50x Speculas: $20 AUD
- Remmie 4 + 50x Speculas: $30 AUD (combined shipping)
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment status.
What should I do if my order is delayed or undelivered?

Remmie works with most smartphones, tablets, and computers via USB or OTG connection, and pairs with the Remmie App for real-time viewing.
Can I use Remmie without a doctor?
Yes, you can use Remmie for personal monitoring. However, for diagnosis or treatment advice, it is recommended to consult a healthcare professional.
How do I clean and maintain the Remmie device?
Clean the speculum with alcohol pads after each use. Do not immerse the device in water. Refer to the user guide for full care instructions.
